Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using Ever Since, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These Terms apply in addition to Apple's standard App Store license terms.

Use Of The App

Ever Since is a days-since tracking app for personal use. You are responsible for the trackers you create and for deciding whether the app is appropriate for your needs.

Ever Since is not medical, mental health, addiction treatment, financial, or professional advice. If you need professional help, contact an appropriate professional. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, contact emergency services.

Ever Since Pro

Ever Since may offer paid features through Ever Since Pro. Available plans, prices, renewal terms, and included features are shown in the app before purchase.

Subscriptions And Payments

Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. If you buy an auto-renewing subscription, it renews automatically unless you cancel it through your Apple account before the renewal date. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

Your Data

Our Privacy Policy explains how Ever Since handles privacy and data.

Availability

We may change, pause, or stop parts of the app at any time. We may also update these Terms when the app, our business, or legal requirements change.

No Warranty

Ever Since is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every situation.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of Ever Since.
